MovieBorynTV Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply when you purchase, start, renew, cancel, restore, or use any paid membership, subscription, trial, or in-app purchase offered in MovieBorynTV on iOS.
Please read these terms together with the MovieBorynTV User Agreement and Privacy Policy before confirming a purchase. By purchasing or using paid benefits, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Membership Terms.
1. Membership Benefits
MovieBorynTV may offer paid membership benefits. Depending on the plan shown in the app or on the App Store purchase sheet, benefits may include:
- Access to premium, member-only, early-access, or enhanced viewing features.
- Playback-related benefits, account features, content organization tools, or other functions displayed before purchase.
- Reduced advertising or an ad-free experience only where that benefit is expressly shown for the selected plan.
- Other membership benefits described in the app at the time you subscribe or buy.
Actual benefits may vary by plan, country or region, app version, account status, device, content rights, and technical conditions.
2. Plans, Prices, and Billing Periods
Available membership products, prices, billing periods, trial periods, renewal terms, and included benefits are displayed in MovieBorynTV and in the Apple App Store before purchase. Please review the product name, price, period, and renewal information carefully before confirming payment.
Prices may vary by country or region, currency, tax rules, Apple ID account, promotion, or App Store configuration. MovieBorynTV may add, remove, or adjust plans for future billing periods where permitted by Apple and applicable law.
3. App Store Payment
- Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after you confirm the purchase.
- MovieBorynTV does not receive your full payment card number, Apple ID password, or complete payment credentials.
- Apple's App Store terms, payment rules, tax rules, and account settings may apply to billing and purchase handling.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- If you buy an auto-renewable subscription, it automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- The renewal price, period, and product information are shown by Apple before purchase and may also appear in your App Store subscription management page.
- If payment fails, validation fails, Apple cannot complete renewal, or the subscription expires, paid benefits may pause or end.
5. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription through Apple. A common path is: open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select MovieBorynTV, and then manage or cancel the plan. Apple may change the exact wording or path in different iOS versions.
Canceling auto-renewal stops future billing. It usually does not immediately end the paid period that has already been purchased, so you may continue to use active benefits until the current period expires.
6. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions
If MovieBorynTV offers a free trial, introductory price, discount, gift, or promotional entitlement, the eligibility rules, duration, conversion rules, benefits, and limits are shown in the app or by the App Store. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, Apple may charge your Apple ID account unless you cancel before the trial ends under Apple's rules.
Promotions may be limited to specific users, Apple IDs, accounts, devices, regions, or time periods. We may withdraw promotional benefits if there is fraud, abuse, abnormal activity, or violation of these terms.
7. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall MovieBorynTV, change devices, or cannot access active paid benefits, you may use the restore purchase function in the app where available. Restoration depends on your Apple ID, App Store records, network status, app account status, and successful entitlement validation.
If a membership is associated with a MovieBorynTV account, you should sign in to the correct account before restoring. Benefits may not be transferable between unrelated accounts unless we expressly support that transfer.
8. Refunds and Billing Issues
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. You may request a refund through Apple's official "Report a Problem" page or other Apple support channels. MovieBorynTV cannot guarantee, approve, or directly control Apple's refund decision.
For missing benefits, duplicate charges, restore failures, validation errors, or other membership issues, contact us with your app account information, device details, purchase time, order reference if available, and a clear description of the problem.
9. Fair Use and Restrictions
Membership benefits are for personal, lawful use. You may not sell, rent, lend, share, transfer, resell, split, crack, bypass, manipulate, or commercially exploit membership access. Attempts to interfere with billing, entitlement validation, account limits, security controls, or subscription systems may result in loss of benefits or account restrictions.
10. Changes to Paid Services
MovieBorynTV may change paid benefits, plan names, available products, prices, trial rules, or membership features because of content rights, product updates, operating conditions, legal requirements, tax changes, exchange rates, App Store requirements, or third-party service changes. Price changes for auto-renewable subscriptions are handled according to Apple's notice and consent rules where applicable.
11. Relationship to Other Terms
These Membership Terms are part of the legal terms for MovieBorynTV. If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and the general User Agreement about paid membership matters, these Membership Terms will control for that specific membership issue. The Privacy Policy continues to apply to information handled in connection with purchases and subscriptions.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Membership Terms to reflect changes in paid features, Apple requirements, legal requirements, operational needs, or product design. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued purchase, renewal, restoration, or use of paid benefits after an update means you accept the revised terms.
