MovieBorynTV User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the rules for accessing and using MovieBorynTV, including the iOS application, account features, viewing features, support channels, and related legal pages.

Please read this Agreement together with the MovieBorynTV Privacy Policy. By installing, opening, registering for, accessing, or using MovieBorynTV, you agree to follow this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

MovieBorynTV provides entertainment features that may include video discovery, playback, favorites, viewing history, account tools, support functions, and other features displayed in the app. Features, content, availability, interface design, and supported regions may change from time to time because of product decisions, technical limitations, content rights, legal obligations, or App Store requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be legally able to accept this Agreement in your location. Minors may use MovieBorynTV only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating, updating, or recovering an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account, password, verification codes, device access, and signed-in sessions secure.
• You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, share, or otherwise provide your account access to another person unless MovieBorynTV expressly allows it.
• You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or used in an abnormal way.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MovieBorynTV lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the app for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, harmful, violent, hateful, obscene, or infringing activity.
• Copy, record, scrape, download, distribute, sell, publicly perform, modify, or commercially exploit content unless you have the required rights.
• Bypass, disable, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with security systems, access controls, subscriptions, content protection, or payment validation.
• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, emulators, plug-ins, automated requests, or bulk access methods to collect data or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person, misstate your affiliation, violate another person's privacy, or damage MovieBorynTV, users, partners, creators, rights holders, or the public interest.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The MovieBorynTV app, design, software, text, images, video, audio, logos, marks, page layouts, databases, and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited permission to use the app under this Agreement, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

If you submit feedback, reports, comments, or other materials to us, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share them. You allow us to use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, protect, and promote MovieBorynTV without owing compensation unless required by law.

5. Purchases and Paid Features

MovieBorynTV may offer paid features, memberships, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Any available product name, price, duration, benefits, renewal rule, cancellation path, and refund process will be shown in the app or through the Apple App Store before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.

iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling may be subject to Apple App Store terms and account settings.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and what choices may be available to you. By using MovieBorynTV, you acknowledge the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of MovieBorynTV. We may also perform maintenance, release updates, remove unavailable content, address security issues, or respond to legal, technical, business, or platform requirements. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

8. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this Agreement, applicable law, App Store rules, or rights-holder requirements, we may take appropriate measures. These may include warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, purchase or entitlement review, account suspension, account termination, preservation of evidence, and reports to authorities where legally appropriate.

9. Disclaimers

• MovieBorynTV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not promise that all content, features, recommendations, playback functions, or account services will meet every user's expectations or remain permanently available.
• Third-party services, links, SDKs, advertisements, payment systems, or content sources may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MovieBorynTV and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator of MovieBorynTV, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or authority with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another process.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement to reflect product changes, legal requirements, platform requirements, security needs, or operational updates. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MovieBorynTV after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
